How Mediation Works

Book Mediation on Andrea's Calendar
Select a date on Andrea's calendar to schedule a partial or full day mediation session. A $250 deposit is required to secure your appointment, which will be applied toward your final balance. Any additional time will be added to the total of the bill. Please note: the mediation service fee is $250 per hour.
On the Day of Mediation
On the day of mediation, parties shall appear on time and be prepared to participate in good faith. The mediator will outline the process, establish ground rules, and facilitate discussions aimed at resolving the dispute. All participants are expected to engage respectfully and cooperatively throughout the session.
End of Mediation — Final Agreement
The terms of any resolution will be memorialized in a formal mediation agreement. At the parties' request, the agreement may be made legally binding and enforceable.
